All of GNP Frame products are custom made to order especially for you. Once an order is received it goes directly to the factory production floor. Unfortunately, we do not stock inventory; which prevents us from accepting order changes, returns, exchanges or cancelations. All orders to the lower 48 states are shipped via UPS ground. Ground shipping times vary by location. Standard production time is 5-7 business days. Seasonal and environmental fluctuations may affect these times. Special lab print requests will lengthen production times. Please contact us if you are working with a fixed timeframe or delivery date. Once you receive your order, we require all errors and damages to be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Please send clear and detailed photos of any issue along with a description, to customer service by replying to your confirmation email. One of our team will contact you with further instructions. * Please note, while every effort is made to update the information contained on this website all orders placed through the website or any other means of ordering is subject to price change and/or product availability.
