Return/Refund Policy

Your frame is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship upon delivery. We will repair or replace any damaged or incorrect product free of charge. Please inspect all packages within 48 hours of delivery. Should repair be required, please contact us via email at orders@gnpframe.com or by calling us toll free at 888-372-6346.

Returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, as well as shipping and handling.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order with no penalty within one hour of placing the order, or prior to construction of your custom frame. If construction of your frame has begun or has been completed, cancellation of the order is subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Privacy Policy

1. Policy. GNP Frame’s Privacy Policy covers GNP’s treatment of personal or personally identifiable information (''Personal Information'') that may be collected when you are on the GNP Frame web site and when you contact GNP Frame.
2. How we protect your Personal Information. We consider protecting the security of your personal information as very important. When you enter or provide sensitive information such as a credit card number on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (sometimes referred to as ''SSL''). We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we do not guarantee absolute security. We are not responsible for the unauthorized acts of others and we assume no liability for any disclosure of information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third party access (such as through hacking) or other acts of third parties, or acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control.
3. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information. GNP Frame will not sell or rent your Personal Information to any individual, business, or government entity. GNP Frame will share your Personal Information with other entities if GNP Frame is required to respond to court orders, subpoenas or other legal process.
4. Amendments. GNP Frame reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. GNP Frame will contact registered users by e-mail, and shall also post a notice of changes on its web site, when and if the terms of this policy are amended.
